After conducting a thorough review, we found that the claim had no merit, and we sent the necessary proof of our copyright ownership to the company that notified us.
Initially, our intention was not to re-release the album after the Symphonic Catalog was removed. However, we started receiving numerous inquiries from our passionate and dedicated fans, who were curious about why "Thug Life Eternal" was taken down. Their unwavering support and genuine interest made us reconsider our approach.
We understand that our music holds a special place in the hearts of our fans, and we believe in the power of our art to connect with people on a deep level. Therefore, we made the decision to put the album back, acknowledging the requests and love shown by our fans.
Additionally, we have recently received notice that a pending transaction involving the sale of the 2Pac music catalog may be in the works. While we cannot independently validate the accuracy of this news, we want to ensure that we do not hinder any potential progress on the sale if the Shakur estate is indeed exploring such an opportunity. We are more than willing to cooperate and support any steps taken by the Shakur estate in their pursuit of managing the catalog.
Moving forward, we are committed to resolving the copyright infringement issue surrounding "Thug Life Eternal."
